The story behind Mr. Sato
Chef Takehiko Sato (Mr. Sato) studied 'Japanese cuisine' at the Tsuji and Yamato ramen school. With his passion for Japanese cuisine and curiosity about French cuisine, Mr Sato will surprise you with his unique flavours. With years of experience in sakitori and sushi restaurants in Japan, specialising in fish and poultry, Mr. Sato creates the most delicious Asian dishes.

Don't forget to book your table in advance. This way you are assured of the unique Mr. Sato experience, where disappointments will be avoided.
We are delighted to welcome you to our bar from Thursday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Enjoy a refined cocktail and sample our delicious warm bites and sushi, all without the need for a reservation. Our restaurant opens at 6:00 PM, with the last opportunity for walk-ins at 9:00 PM. The kitchen closes at 10:00 PM.
If you’d like to enjoy a drink at the bar before your dinner, we recommend arriving a bit earlier. This way, you can relax and savor your drink before taking your reserved seat to indulge in our delightful dishes.
